MEDITATION
Quieting the mind and experience deep relaxation and inner calm with our Meditation & Yoga Nidra class. This gentle session includes guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness. Yoga Nidra often referred to as “Yogic Sleep” offers a state of conscious relaxation which is said to be the equivalent of between 2-4 hours of regular sleep in terms of it’s restorative benefits.
