REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Here at Zea Collective, we are unable to exchange/refund orders for any of our
perishable products that we sell. We do accept returns on items that don’t fall into this category.
Should any of your packages arrive damaged, we do have a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please take a photo of your faulty product and add along with your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If the return is approved, we will automatically refund the payment on your original
payment method within 5 business days.
